Hello, welcome Cast. So today my swell will be on how to develop habit. So we are very often struck in this world only because of lack of habits. And lack of habit is usually because we usually ignore some basic things or basic tips that are necessary to form a habit. So here I would like to list a few of them. So for me, waking up early, the most difficult the second most difficult was eating healthy food. So I am someone who has to eat junk every day. There is a blessing that I do not get fat because the amount of junk I eat, you have no idea. Like I eat junk every day and for no apparent reason also. So that was my second most difficult. I don't think so. Woman food. I have let that go completely

And these all things created so much distraction for me and even affected my marks. But Thankfully I get rid of this as soon as possible during my high school and yeah, well now still I'm practicing it successfully. So I would like to see say this was one of my good habits that I built to get rid of this. And it eventually helped me with my studies as well, focusing on productive works
