Hello everyone. My name is Rich NA Randa. I'm from Kolkata and I am pursuing for BHC in Multimedia animation and graphics from NHM Knowledge Campus. So today's topic topic is a bad habits. We first make our habit and then bad habits makes us see studies show saying I'll never do that again makes you even more likely to do that again. About 40% of the action we perform in a day or have it. So we are on autopilot almost half the time

I'm able to understand how much of research that you have done to explain it so beautifully. I just have one question. I'd like to know. Know if this was ever helpful to you in your personal life, were you able to break any of your bad habits, maybe even in the past? I think I'd find that more encouraging to know

You can say that. And within a six month, he controlled himself and he stopped smoking. And right now still he smokes, but he smoked very less twice a month. You can say he can control himself right now rather than before
