Origins of Pain #2

Well, it gave me a dose of NyQuil. She was like, here, take this. It'll help you sleep. And I think that's part of at least what started to reinforce that idea in my mind that I could just escape the events that had happened by knocking myself out essentially or being inebriated in some way. And I believe that that's also why I had so many PTSD symptoms. Ptsd as a result of your brain not properly processing the memory of a traumatic event

It was a really good reminder to me today to have patience and just do what I can to take care of myself and do my best and also importantly connect with others who understand and can be supportive. So thank you

Pain is universal; and even truer as you broaden your definition of pain

And you were able to glean some sort of insight and get some sort of encouragement from that's really cool to hear kind of helps encourage me to continue making these recordings and things like that, too, to help myself. But it's also helping other people, which is a really good bonus
