What is your bookish pet peeve?

I kind of think of it in a certain manner. And I have, through months throughout my childhood, idolized certain characters who are very close to my heart and they have stayed with me. They've been very tangible, if not tangible, but very strong presences throughout my childhood. And I feel that when you see a movie and there's been a lot of books which have been made into movies, and I first read the books at that time when I was younger

Then books where you start off thinking that, yes, there is something in it, because you sort of read the synopsis and looked at the COVID And of course, they say, don't judge a book by its car, but it's cover. But still, we go ahead and buy those books and then midway you realize that, oh, my God, this just isn't your cup of tea. Right. That has happened to me several times. Thank you for this post, Rashida

And of course, I'm saying because I'm saying so because my debut author I mean, my debut novel got published last year, by the way. It's called misadventures of a sales girl. And if you ever like the COVID or if you feel that the blurb is attractive enough, do give it a read. In fact, my second book is also out, although it's a completely different one. And I'm also amazed at why I really wrote such different books in such short notice
