But for example, Aliabat, she was introduced through Nepotism. But now we see her acting skills. And other than her, there's Randy or Kapur, they are great actors. And I believe okay, they got into it through Nepotism. But if they weren't talented, they wouldn't have lasted this long and they wouldn't have had 100 Koro Crossing films or something like that

So I do think sometimes Nepotism is used to get your foot in the door. But after that, whatever success you do isn't really because of Nepotism. It's because of your own ability and your own skills

For example, you could take Uday Chopra, who is his father, owns Yashraj films. Like He's a failure, being very blunt. Then there's this Herman baby. There's Jackie Bhaganani. So I stand against this. And I definitely think that nepotism is a facade. And the thing is that nepotism is rampant in Bollywood. And there are people who want to continue this tradition. Of course, it is also, like in politics and other professions as well. And all over the world, actually, it happens. And people are like no one is doing anything to stop it. According to mean, apotism is definitely a facade. It is only a scenario where someone helps a friend or a family member in order to get a window of opportunity. It can either be a job or an admission in College, but it doesn't guarantee success for that person person. Hence, to pinpoint Nepotism as an evil element is wrong. People want the best for their families and friends
I am Shreya. And I would like to say that contrary to the popular belief, I do not think nepotism exists. I would support my statement with an example from the Bollywood. So it's a very strong opinion that Nepotism prevails in Bollywood. So that would say that any big and hit artist who is doing brilliant in the field, their kids get it easy and they don't really have to work for it

I totally think that nepotism is a facade. Yes, some people do get that silver lining and that opportunity to enter a field due to their contacts or they share a blood relation. But in the the end, what matters is the survival and their excellence. And it can only happen due to the talent, the self growth and self development as a person, because in the end talent is what matters the most
So I believe that Nempotism is a facade because ultimately, what you do is dependent on your life choices, hard work, discipline, and your talent. Yes, it is true that sometimes it makes seem that everything comes easy to these people. But the reason for that is that since they have somewhere in their family belonging to the same field, they get the correct knowledge and expertise that is required for that particular job, and every person would want the best for their family

So Nepotism is definitely facade as it is stopping new talent from coming to the field. And that's wrong. But if you don't have enough talent to succeed in the field, then you eventually fail. I feel like Nepotism is just the facade because at the end of the day it cannot decide someone's career. If you don't have talent, then you can never achieve success. Yes, Nepotism will give you chances which an outsider might not or get. But you have to be accepted and liked by the audience. You have to prove it that you have it in you to survive, sustain and succeed. Probably if you are a Stark, you can get a great launch
Hi Arya, I strongly believe that Nepotism is just a big facade. And nepotism is a form of favoritism, which is granted to a relative or a friend. But it doesn't guarantee success. At the end of the day, it's just the person hard work and talent that will help him get success. And we have seen the example of the Amani brothers, how they both got wealth from their father. But one brother went bankrupt and the other one is the richest man in Asia

For example, if you have a relative of yours who wants to get into a position in your company and there's another outsider who has applied for your job, it's quite possible that the relative will be given more preference as you all are more blood related nepotism, that thing that's relevant. I personally think that Nepotism is a real problem and it is a fact. In today's world, these people get a better launch pad to kickstart their career, whereas others really have to struggle to get where they are. And I don't think that is acknowledged. So yes, Nepotism is a fact

Hello, everyone. I personally think that Nepotism is a fact. While so many talented actors whose name we should know, they remain unnamed. While the Nepotism red kids who barely have any talent, they're not names get thrown in our faces by extensive PR and promotions. And while Sudan Shatteredi has said so, that depicts that, sadly, yes, in today's Bollywood, it's all about connections. And it's not about who has talent. Thank you

I strongly believe Nepotism is a facade because at the end of the day, the talent you really have is what matters. I'm sure that Nepotism allows you to have more opportunities. However, even if a person who does not have those contacts or blood relations and if that person is able to bring more skills, more talent, more uniqueness to the table, he or she also get the same number of opportunities. They would just have to prove that they are better at the job
