Well, thank you for sharing that. I love how you mentioned breathing, because breathing is a technique that, for me, helps me lower down my stress, even when I'm feeling anxious or anything. It just helps me. So I just want to thank you you for sharing that and thank you for sharing your advice on that

Like, we are actually so busy in a day to day life that we forget these things, like taking care of ourselves and, you know, with spending time with family or, you know, friends. So, yeah, it was a great swell. And keep posting content like this. Bye
