Doing whats best for you

Once I'm uncomfortable, I like that because that makes me wake up like, listen, I'm uncomfortable here. I can't sit and try to be comfortable even if I wanted to because I'm so uncomfortable. I got to move, I got to do something. So basically, like the caption says, doing what's best for you. I bring this thought up tonight. I just finished doing some calisthenics in the park. That's also a therapy
