But as I listen to your swell, I started thinking about that. It is a true gift to add three more hours to your day almost, and to use that time in your body physically, because during the day, we're in our heads a lot, but we're not necessarily talking to our limbs and our organs, and we're not in some kind of physical flow. And I've really been feeling stuck with things lately in terms of physical routines

I was originally using it for yoga and kind of just getting more exercise in the morning and feeling healthier and that made me feel really good recently. The last couple of years I've been very busy and I've been appreciating that extra couple of hours to just get more work done in peace and quiet before everybody else wakes up and takes over kind of your time and things like that, right?

Hi, Zoerajkumar. I have been a member of the 05:00 A.m. Club. I wouldn't say 05:00 A.m., I would say 530 since the last few years. And I find that I get a lot done during the day. I managed to stay more energetic, and this is essentially need time for me because I go out on a walk, I do yoga or meditation around this time. And I find that it really helps me plan my entire day

So some people may have work in the evening, some people may I mean, their coordination, their client business may have in the evening, maybe the night. So that's one thing. Second thing is it really depends on the individual to individual or physiology of individual or mindset of the individual environment of every individual

I don't know, I haven't studied much, but this I understand that your metabolism is hit, your sleep structure is hit, and your sleep is everything. If you're not having proper sleep and if you're not sleeping at the right time, a lot of things are hit. These are such important functions of the body. You wouldn't have experienced this. But I do yoga, and I was discussing this with someone today

They don't have a clue where they're really heading towards. Most of them, at least from what I know. 1 second thing is 20 years of experience you're talking about in the corporate field, HR learning and development and all of it
