How to calm down an anxious mind !!

Sorry, I got a call. I'm from the HR background also, and we have targets, okay? We also have to meet our targets and ensure that we have so many people for that particular process or this particular designation, be it a blue search, be the entry level executives, senior levels. Well, anyways, anxiety attacks

Hi, Raj. Thank you so much for sharing this. And your depiction of the breeding technique of Mukhadi, it reminded me of something that Dr Andrew Huberman has spoken about in the Huberman Lab podcast. So Dr after Andrew Huberman, he is an American neuroscientist and he's an associate professor in the Department of Neurobiology at Stanford University. And he speaks of something called the physiological sigh, which research has shown to induce estate calm

Hi, Raj. Ah, thank you for sharing this and inviting me to this post. Yoga is definitely the way to go and I think especially any kind of pranayama, breath related exercises that can be done help really wonderfully, I think, to control anxiety levels because there is a connection between the breath and the mind

Hi Paul. That's such a beautiful name. Thanks for the reply and all the very best for your results on the exams. I'm sure you're going to come out in flying colors and I hope that you get to identify your subjects of interest, your areas of interest, so that you work on those that interest you. Because in my time and stuff like that, we never had an opportunity to even identify what our interests were and which field we could come out good
