Good morning. I don't know if you can hear, but the birds are very happy here today. After some rain, I can hear like three or four different kinds of birds, different calls, and a woodpecker occasionally, which makes me happy. Do love that. I live in the middle of a city with all the access to all of the things, good food and art, and my wife would say sports and entertainment and all the things. And yet I'm getting a little oasis here
And I know we're maybe a couple of weeks away from technically spring, but it's still pretty exciting and fun to just contemplate on what can be again blooming in your life. So I wanted to chime in and just wish you so much blessings and abundance and well wishes on where it is that you're going and what it's going to bring you and your family. And yeah, looking forward to hearing about how the transition goes here

Hey, Ty, thank you always for your encouraging, supportive words and noticing little things like the nature and stuff. I'm out walking right now, enjoying a beautiful day before it gets too hot. But yeah, it was really good to hear your voice and the around. I have noticed that you've been busy and I think it's kind of a busy time the beginning of the year. So looking forward to hearing again from you as well and checking out some of your recent posts
But we're thinking, at least on paper, it sounds like a good fit to us. And for us at this time, because we are a little we had talked about at some point just going out in the woods somewhere, but we do we like our good food on occasion that we don't have to cook and we like some plays and music and such. So it's nice to have that
