Hi guys. So this very, very terrible incident happened today. So I was coming back from my uncle's place to my home in a cab. So I booked Uber. The ride was okay. But when we leave my society gate. So actually we have to double check the cars have to double check in order to see the person who is actually living in the society or not. So this driver, he gets mad as h***. He started picking fights with the guards

Hello Vartika. And I can say that your experience was really bad. Personally, I haven't faced any situation like this because these guys are usually keen on ratings. But s*** like this do happen. And there should be a mechanism in the app itself to specifically complain about the driver, because the things can go out of hand. And there should be a mechanism to control it or complain about it, at least
