Meditation is NOT always peaceful!
So make sure that when you approach each meditation session, whether that's in seeded practice or movement or yoga, running, doing the dishes, whatever it is, that you approach it with an open mind and an eagerness to grow and to bring spiritual clarity. Hey, I love this approach and the simple conversational nature of your swell here. I would consider myself an avid meditator. I meditate really regularly. I was meditating daily for I don't know how many weeks or months recently even, and experienced incredible, unprecedented, unexpected onset set of anxiety and attempted to kind of get my way through it through meditation.
