Hey, everyone. I am so excited to use this app. I think it's really fun and this is such a fresh concept. Thank you for having me on your talk show. I am so happy to do this and to do this with you, especially. I am pursuing my undergrad in Mumbai and growing up hasn't been an easy process. Of course, I think that it hasn't been easy for anyone ever out there. So I have always been an introvert

So Pooja, you just mentioned that it was difficult growing up being an introvert in your school life. So can you just shed light on what that was like

But I can say with experience that this has led to more problems because when you're not being authentic to yourself or to your friends and everyone around you, it's going to show up soon enough, and it will just add to your panic and stress. So being you is very important. And when people get to know the real you, if they like you and if your interest matches, you're going to surround yourself around them, they're going to like you for it

Pooja I think what you have said makes so much sense to I think such a huge crowd of our generation. And at some point even I think I have faced the same issue tools this not being able to be confident enough to grab opportunities or pick up or be much vocal. So how has that affected your opportunities or other aspects of life? And what exactly kept you going

"Nobody knows nothing."

This was a phrase that I read in some article last year, and essentially, it implies that everybody knows something. But no one has a monopoly on knowledge. No one is infallible. So it's just okay to do it. Make mistakes. No one is going to remember it. And that is how you grow. So, yes, it's important to be vocal. And sometimes it's like, overthinking just leads to more things problems

So having a strong support system while growing up is really important because those are the people that are going to be there for you, no matter what, who are going to inspire you to get out of your comfort comfort zone and just do it. And I have been very lucky to have really good friends who have always been there for me, just like you. You have also been there for me always. And that has helped me a lot

When you said that having relationships can be daunting, can you just, like, explain it a little more? And also that what kept you going. Or you know how or what helped you kind of get better through this phase. Through this entire phase you've had

But I realized that being patient and being authentic is the key, and what has kept me going is the fact that with the past, strong bonds that I have made with friends and anyone else has made me realize that actually adds a lot of happiness and contentment to my life, and that feeling can't be matched with anything else. So yes, that is what keeps me going

That is so true. And I feel accepting these factors. And, you know, working on it and working on yourself is a very important thing. So what do you think that does it get better? Cool

Yes, absolutely. Things do get better, but of course, that comes with some effort, too. You have to put in everything into it. You need to be more vocal. And if you're very shy or very nervous about communicating, I think something that can help is planning beforehand, writing stuff down before going to a meeting or I before any presentation that you have to make can be really helpful

That was actually quite good advice. So in the end, I would actually like to ask you, what kind of message would you like to give to our young audience who are listening to this? Well

Message for listeners

My message for any young people listening is to start speaking up more, start participating in activities that are happening around you more and to not overthink it. Even if you make mistakes, it is okay. No one remembers what embarrassing stuff that you told in front of the whole classroom five years ago. It's only you who remembers it. So just do it. Find your balance in life, find people and find things that energize you. Surround yourself with people who support you and also support others too

And you are the first one and the first one is always membered and I'll be coming back next week with one new guest. And I really hope you guys enjoyed listening to this well, and if it was helpful for you guys, then please let me know or if there are any any queries, please reach out to me
