Rock Bottom

But eventually you have to utilize all of that heartbreak, all of the disappointment, everything that made you feel valueless, everything that made you feel invisible, everything that made you feel unworthy, every door that was slammed in your face, every opportunity that you missed, every person who said, no, they can't help you. No, you're not qualified for the job. No, you can't take advantage of this opportunity

Hey, I really did enjoy what you had to say. And I think I have a similar view on rock bottom. And it doesn't even have to be ultimate rock bottom, but even small problems that feel kind of annoying or overwhelming in the day to day. I think it all belongs sort of in this family of moments to grow from, and I think we can grow from every moment and from happy ones as well

And rock bottom can look very different for very different people. Sometimes just losing a job or losing an opportunity can mean rock bottom. For some people, it's all about our perspective. Sometimes just a simple loss is rock bottom. For certain people, it's all about our perspective. But I always try to ask myself, well, what is the greater lesson in this experience? What is the greater lesson in failure? What is the greater lesson in loss?
