Early research has tied morning exercise to feeling less stressed, more productive, and being more energized. The second one is unplug for an hour. Well, this is super important in today's digital age. Don't touch that phone, enjoy a cup of tea or some Sudoku before tackling emails and texts. Third one, take a shower. Of course this has hygiene reasons, but shower helps you wake up and provide some alone time for meditation and self reflection. Fourth one don't hit snooze

And then you also touched on mornings like stretches and workouts. My workout days are Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. So yes, I definitely agree that working out can help you. During every morning. I usually go in for my mornings. I do my workout, and then I come home. I take my shower, I grab my coffee or my milk, and I drink my coffee or my milk out on my balcony and read my books. You know what I mean?
