Hey Ashi, I definitely think these type of cases, these type of crimes world definitely hamper the growth of India. You know, what's the use of that growth? What's the benefit and what's why is that growth important if we are not concerned about these issues? Rape is already increasing in India. Rape cases are already increasing in India. And above that, marital rape. That's just so sad and upsetting to hear

Some people think that their wives are there like property. They treat them as a property. This is ridiculous. Seriously. And I really feel that with this education and empowerment towards women, like they have been given education and they have been empowered and they are self reliant in some time. In some time, definitely this law, the section 375 will be scrapped or amended and there will be proper laws which will criminalize this marital rape

As Gandhiji has said, woman is the companion of man, gifted with equal mental capacity, so they deserve to be treated equally. They deserve the respect, love, trust and care from her partner. During those seven steps around the Holy fire, a man promises to his wife to cherish the wife and provide welfare and happiness for her. Marital rape breaks the trust and confidence in the whole idea of marriage

Hi. I definitely agree with everybody's opinion here who's replied, I also agree marital marital rape should be criminalised or believe that in India we see marriage as a way to condone a lot of violence and aggression towards women and that itself should change. There's a culture of abuse against married women and using marriage and duty as a wife and mother as an excuse for that. So that should change

I've been around a lot of women actually have been around only women in my entire life. My family consists of all women because all the male ones have always been working abroad in another place or country. So my own father as well. So there are so many cases in our own family that I have heard about, which is natural shape, but they don't define it that way because then it becomes a really huge thing, right?

And as far as your question, marital, marital, marital, marital, marital, marital, marital, marital rape should be criminalised or be criminalized. There's nothing like nothing in there that is not criminal. It is a bad thinking. It is a bad hinious thing and it should be criminalized. That's it. I want to see here

Listen to your reply. I was sure that these things happen in every sometimes in every house and we just take a blindfold on our eyes. I'm sorry to listen about that, but consent is important. And really, as the woman of the 21st century, we need to fight a lot for those things to be for the concern for our education and for many things like that. I agree. And I still am thinking on the reply you gave

When things come to the society, then the society doesn't really appreciate your efforts. Like Marshall Rates. They say this is a husband wife problem. He can just call amongst you and you are his wife. You need to be abide by his rules and something like that. So according to you, what should we do? Because when I think of any woman like that, he says still very hopeless being a woman, I can't help another woman

I don't think it's totally fair at all and I have seen situation where this kind of thing are not taken into serious accounts and most of the cases are just pushed aside or not given the prior importance it should have because they come to a conclusion that they are both married and things like that are just stupid dramas which I think it's not. It was forcefully done and without consent. Something is happening to someone on the name of marriage, on the name of religion and all that
