how to break bad habits

Mindfulness is a type of meditation in which you focus on being intensely aware of what you feel or sense at that moment. Once you're aware of your surroundings, thoughts and actions, you will be more aware of these habits and will find it easier to consider other options such as avoiding reminder cues or not acting on the urges. Practicing this will also help you notice the way our habit affects your daily life, which will make you feel more driven to work on changing your habit
