So hey everyone, this value is about how to change something. Like sometimes we just want to change our habits or something, but we just can't. So here is an advice. Your context influences your decisions. If you make an effort to control your environment, you won't have to exert self control. And here is an example to make it more clear. If you don't have cookies in your house, you won't be able to eat cookies. Thank you

And what do you think you will be able to do in that such cases for that I do have my suggestion. It is that you have to practice selfcontrol now or later because that is an essential thing to make yourself a better person. So it is not going to come in an easy way. It takes practice and practice and a lot of practice because it is not that nobody can have self control

So try to figure it out, see what you can change or control because the locations, activities and environment can trigger habits and other automatic process which can impact your choice. So yeah, sometimes we don't have any options then self control is the only way which is really helpful. But if you have choice then context can play a major role because context are factors that have the potential to shift the choice outcome by altering the process by which the decisions are made. And I hope you understand that
