What do you do to keep yourself healthy?

Hey, guys, I wanted to ask all of you, what do you guys do to keep yourself healthy? Like, I wake up in the morning at around 05:00. A.m., I not consistent with it, but I wake up early in the morning and then I go for cycling for around 15 to 20. Measure these distances through Google Fit. So, yeah, these are accurate. Do let me know. What do you guys do?

Hi, Enrich. It's a nice topic. And I just wanted to say that if I do something to keep myself healthy is like physically health. So I include my meditation and workouts and I eat a lot of fruits and juices, drink juices, of course, for being mentally healthy. I used to read books daily. That inspired me. And I listen to so many podcasts so that I can learn. Actually, I can do a lot of things that I also don't know
