I try to maintain a proper balance between your physical and mental health. And I keep repeating it again and again that physical health, achieving a state of physical health is the least on your health scale. I would say anybody could be physically fit. Running 2 miles is a matter of two weeks or three weeks. I personally run 3 miles per day. And I don't think that physical barriers or physical challenges play that much role.
