In fact, let me give you just one example. Women hesitate to grab opportunities and that's what I have witnessed as an executive coach in so many companies. And I'll give you a real life example which I have shared it in people matters. Also, one of my clients whose name of course I've changed, her name is Megan and she is such a hard working It lady and It leader, I should say. And she works hard, she's known to deliver results

I only have one question here, because I see a lot of activists fighting about equality and equity. What should we focus on? And I know both is the preferred answer. But if there is one thing to focus on, and that is what people are fighting about, what should we focus on? Equity? Equality at all? What should be the thing that should be focused on? Because I don't understand why there's a fight, but apparently there is

You. Thanks, Bernardi, for the question. And I think in my opinion and with the global experience that I have, I would say that equality is for me. Equality simply means that everybody around you is treated the same way and given the same opportunities and the same resources, regardless of the individual differences that we see. And equity, on the other hand, I would say it means that you are providing with what they need to succeed. But they are very interconnected

It does. It does. Thank you so much. Focus on equality and then maybe think about equity. Thank you so much
