Book Review: Grief, Growth, Grace

article image placeholderUploaded by @Wordsmith
Now, to take you through the book, Dr. Vadena Varma walks the reader through a process that is life changing to each one of us. The difference here is that she, through her personal experience of loss, chose to delve deep into the journey into her personal journey and share the lessons therein of being not just able to overcome grief, but to embrace it as a doorway to growth, acknowledging the all surmounting grace that inevitably guides us through the process

Hi. Thank you for sharing about this book. I really like the title and I'm definitely going to recommend it to some folks that I know that I think would really benefit from this and for everyone. I recently took a developmental psychology class and we talked about towards the end of your life and grieving and how to process that and different ways and different techniques and yeah, this sounds like an amazing book to learn more about that and grieving all things in your life. So thanks again for recommending this

I heard the interview for this and I was really curious as to what it would cover exactly, because obviously the interview was pretty spoilers free, I would say. And having your review makes me want to explore the book. So thank you so much

Namaste and hello, Shijaji. Many thanks for such a wonderful review that you have offered. For grief, growth, grace, a sacred pilgrimage. This truly is the labor of love for me, I would say almost like a baby for me. And the thoroughness with which you have taken a deep dive into the book and your choice of words such evocative, such deep, such elegant words that you have used to give your views of the book, it really touches my heart
