Happy Tuesday. So today is a day of ease and rest and wellness and working component and just loving on me. Loving my body. The only thing I worked today was a turquoise Crystal in my bonnet. And now I'm wearing like a robe with what is it? Cherry blossoms on it's comfortable and just in that being at ease, being inspired by sister friend OG homegirl Sonya Renee Taylor and with her book, The Body is not an apology. I just really felt compelled to live into that
