Sick day or no sick day that is the question

Hello. So do you ever feel guilty for calling off sick from work and you can legit be sick or just not feeling well or whatever your reason is and just feel guilty. I'm like to me that's something sinister from capitalism and seemingly white supremacy. We're human beings. It's not human beings. And today I took this test to justify that. Oh, I'm sick. I don't know why I need validation outside of myself

So so so important! Human-centered workplace culture ❤️

So I think opening up to other smaller group that you work with and saying, hey, let's talk about six days. Let's talk about self care. Let's talk about the awareness we want to create together around how to take care of ourselves. Maybe that will be better for our productivity, better for our employee engagement, our culture. I just think transparency and bringing this to the forefront of conversations is as important as any other policy that's handed down that needs to be shared across

And to me, it's not a listless thing. It's like an empowerment thing. I feel like when I take good care of myself, I start pinching at the ankles and it's like this is a permeated system, the demon that dwells within people that they have to cast it out, a force field that resides on a lower frequency that needs more light workers. I do believe, like you said, to take care of ourselves and to replenish ourselves

I don't know if you could hear it, but I have birds singing back to your birds. Talk about being outside, some self care going outside right now, let's just spread that message. Get out there and listen to the birds
