And I think especially with topics like health or fitness that feel so personal because it is investing in yourself and in your health and your body. People can get really touchy about it and really sensitive, and that's absolutely fine. But it is something to be aware of, because I think when we get on the defensive, we're much less likely to absorb any kind of knowledge. So yeah, that's just what I'm thinking about in terms of what you said. Thank you

And that first started with, like, taking care of myself, understanding that no matter how much I work out it if I'm stressing, if I'm overwhelmed, that's going to affect me in my weight journey and my mental health and different things like that. That means first what I did. This time I made sure that I went to counseling and started dealing with some things that I've been trying to hide that slowed down my eating habits and my stress habits
