He said the river has water enough to be poetic about only once a year and then it carries away in the first half of three village Hawaii a couple of girls named poor PM Brinda and one pregnant woman expecting identical veins with no molds on their boards with different color typos to tell them a part. But this is about the attitude of people who they who don't think about humans. They only think about glory. They only think about the beautiful things and beautiful emotions rather than the human life. So this irony is used to describe the human sufferings, their misery and also the immense loss which is caused by the flood. Now obviously here is a great want of human concern in the old and new poetry that has brought this irony so beautifully out
