Does good food really play an important role in your skin's health?

My face always used to be clean, and there used to be an exception with just one small, tiny little pimple that would appear like on some portion of my face, but just one at a time. So not a lot. But recently, after lockdown imposition, my face has been seeing a lot of breakouts

Same 😐😐 Stress maybe?

But what I think is stress definitely contributes to acne acting up and your skin acting up, even though now I have relatively good routine and I try to take care of my skin and my skin is still acting up every now and then. So I think that is the factor, because even if we don't like admitted to ourselves, there's a lot of feelings and mixed emotions that go together with the pandemic that are consequence and some stuff that makes us wonder about our future

Hi Parmi. I feel like I can relate so much to whatever you just said because I've always had clean skin again. But in lockdown I did get a few pimples and in fact my dad dark circles increase but never mind it was due to all the binge watching. I did what I believe is the reason behind our breakouts could be stress because this is one thing that has been constant during the lockdown, maybe anxiety related to COVID and all those things because eating clean sleeping physical health is important

@Shaz

It's taken like huge toll on me because I'm not used to seeing my face all red with pistols and boils here and there, which hurt a lot, by the way. And I have a major habit of touching my face constantly, which just adds onto the entire issue. So I don't know how to pull it down, because honestly, maybe dealing with the fact that you've got acne and these cars and everything is very secondary or torture or whatever

@Akshita

It's actually sad to see so many people, you know, suffering through the same issues. I mean, it's it's a very bodysome thing, you know, it just looks very small. Of course, it's a very small issue, completely bad to the major issues that people are going through. But something like this can also affect someone's mood, especially during the lockdown days when you don't really have much going on in your life
