Ah. Thank you, Dr. Sarthak, for such a wonderful reply. On the question that we had coming. To the second question. Do you believe triggers have any role in mood swings? If yes, what can be done better or differently to deal with the same?

Hi. This was a very enlightening discussion. I was just listening to the entire interview. And, you know, there's this question that has always, you know, bugged me a bit, because I think even after trying our best to deal with our mood swings, what sometimes we do, probably unconsciously or subconsciously, is that ah. In order to deal with our mood swings, in order to stay functional, we sometimes bury those feelings that we are feeling oil to the mood swings

Good afternoon, Sarthak sir, welcome to you on Swell. And I have two questions to ask. First is that we are always in that zone where we are always being compared to others. And even if we are doing well for ourselves we are always being told that we are not doing as well as our peers or our content embrace. So how to overcome this feeling of constant comparison?

That's really important instead of comparing ourselves with the outside world, with others. Apart from that, in the recent years there has been paradigm shift in the family structures as well. Because majority of the families that we come across are nuclear setup. And in these families these parents have failed to instill

My question to you is, when somebody goes into what we call as depression or low modes, and if we try to divert ourselves by doing something we like, is that a good thing to do? Because nowadays I feel that I'm not trying to heal the thing that is going on that is called depression. But I'm just diverting my mind. So I don't want that to become my life. I don't want my life to become a diversion

Like some people say that it is just best to leave that person alone for some time. But how can we all console our friends and show them that we mean well to them? You thank you

If you look at the additives in mainstream food and food product, most of those additives are illegal in other countries because they are known carcinogens. They are known to cause a range of health issues, stomach problems, headaches, neurological problems, anything you can think of. Even with things like ADHD and autism, they're becoming so prevalent. My daughter is actually born with autism now. 20 years ago, one in 100 kids used to have autism. Today the statistic is one in 44

You don't have to pass on any judgment to him, so just be all ears to him. That's the biggest support we can ever give to such a person because half of your problems get solved. If you talk about your problems there itself, you realize somewhere that you can come up with the solution. You can just encourage the person to talk about, to speak vocally, to be very vocal and speak fearlessly without any embarrassment, without any shame and guilt in his heart

But thinking about it, bringing coming terms to it is still equally fearful. And I'm afraid, is there a chance that even after knowing that we have healed, we would fall back in the same pit of destroying our mental health?
