Please be unapologetic about taking your own free time to take care of your skin and in building your skin care routine I do it and I'm unapologetic about it and it's high time for you to do that as well. The 11th point of not of being apologetic to people is to no longer water people who don't wish to grow. I know it sounds a bit confusing, and what I mean by that is nothing. But please don't water people who don't wish to grow

Please don't apologize to anyone or anyone who don't align with your growth, with your passion, with your goals, and with yourself. Please say goodbye to people who don't accept you for who you are. Please say goodbye to people who cannot accept you. Please say goodbye to people who don't align with your sanity. Please say goodbye to people who are not accepting your boundaries

Thank you, Cheryl, for sharing such wonderful information and keeping this well platform. Very interesting for people like us. And I completely agree with the things you have said and I do believe we should not be apologizing for prioritizing our well being in terms of physical and mental health

Thank you Mrscalpel. For supporting me and for taking your valuable time in responding to my podcast. It means a lot to me. I mean a lot. And I'm glad that I'm able to articulate twelve things that you shouldn't apologize in your entire life. I'm also glad that you are applying all these twelve things practically. Keep growing and keep growing. Take care
