Hey, welcome to Swell and it's really nice to hear from other people in the video game industry. I myself am a developer. I've been one for 20 years and I think it's going to be nice to talk about video games here. So with that, let's get started with the discussion. Recently, Microsoft finished announcing their Series X video game console. And before that, the PlayStation announced Psy. This is supposed to be our next Gen consoles that we are going to be entering
Well, it's time to talk about consoles. So I'm sorry, we only got to be friends for about five minutes. No, the truth is, especially this round. Historically, you guys know about the golden age console wars is Nintendo versus Sega and the feud between Xbox and PlayStation people and Nintendo Switch owners saying, like, the hardware doesn't matter, what are they doing with the games?

I may pick up at some point if some really good JRPGs come out, which are exclusive, but I'm keen to see what the future holds with the PlayStation platform because there's rumors now that God of War is coming to PC. So I'm wondering how long is it going to be until all PlayStation exclusives eventually come over to PC. And then if that happens, well then all you need is a PC and you don't need to worry about consoles anymore. You were right

And as far as the console wars is concerned, even though I am an Xbox guy, I must tell you that I thought Microsoft came out initially with the first Xbox swinging so strong, they kind of fell short in some of the games departments, but then quickly when they came out with the 360, it was by far one of the best consoles ever for that particular generation
