That warm up is going to adapt to the changes that our athlete incline is going through, but also to the changes that our workout is going to do. Right. Movements are going to be more complex. There might be some contractional work that we're doing. We might be moving from a hypertrophy focus to more of a strength or a power based focus. We want to make sure that that warm up is doing its job to prepare us for that workout that we're going to be completing
