But if there's no plan on how to structure growth, how to properly deload, because even if we are more of a recreational athlete or training for fitness. There needs to be points in times where we back off training, allowing our body to super compensate, which is really just a fancy word to say, like recover, bring our body to the new homeostasis that we've just been training in
And yeah, I think that's just a really well done analogy that makes sense to me because I am both a very big goal setter and I also stay pretty consistent with a good workout program. So it yeah, it definitely resonates and I appreciate your dedication to kind of helping people stay on focus and staying within their goals
