So I'm guessing they expect that from their juniors because that was the culture that was set in stone when they perhaps joined the organization that other are leading now and sometimes voicing your opinion could result in more disagreements, especially if other boss isn't open to counter viewpoints or isn't open minded in general. So there is always an invariably negative consequence

Thank you so much. I hope I continued doing this. It was my third swell and I like so far I've been only riding on LinkedIn, but the slight match from street hiring is that's doing swell as well and I'm enjoying it. Thank you. Bye
