Hi. So I'm really looking forward to reading this book Growing Up in Transit, about third culture kids growing up in international schools. And I haven't started yet. But I think it's really promising, and it discusses what is really belonging in an international school and how international is it really?

I resonate with your hope, and I have to share with you the conversation I had with a group of corporate people in a diversity and inclusion workshop where we really talked about the difference between diversity of thought and just having a bunch of colors in a room and the idea of including decision making with people that decide in different ways based on cultural norms and what collaboration means from different cultures and understanding, some embedded, like some learned behaviors that you have to sort of unlearn when you're moving into different cultures that expect a behavior of you that you didn't grow up with
