In my previous post I gave is the definition of the third culture Kid, and it's about spending a significant part of your life in a culture that is not your home. But most of other time, not all the time, but very often I'm thinking about a girl I taught in Tanzania. Parents were from Tanzania, went to New York City, graduated now works in finance in New York City and is super happy living in Manhattan, living that life and will be there probably the rest of her life, maybe visit once in a while. So she's a third culture kid. Can you become a third culture kid?
