For example, you can just ask anyone, what do you think about HR? Most common answer would be that human resources, they're about hiring people, staffing maintaining. So hiring and staffing is the most common answer that you will get. However, there are other opportunities as well

Like you will be getting higher salaries or they are just new in the field of Etsy and they will be growing in the future terms and they're more in India or abroad because as far as I have listened I am not listening to these kind of things. I just listened to recruitment and shopping and also that is very hectic on a very exhausting thing but I have listened from people out there but I have an interest in HR and marketing

But it depends what's really your passion, what's your interest area? I mean, if you're more data driven, you could choose compensation or something.
