How to stay optimistic. Here are things that have helped me practice mindfulness. Make a gratitude list. Listen to calming music. Keep smiling. Ignore negative thoughts. Give time to what makes you happy. Meditation, yoga doodling basically be practicing mindfulness actually works. It calms your brain. Gratitude lists help you understand how blessed you are. Of course, book wouldn't be enough to list on all the points we should be grateful for, but noting a couple of them down every morning is necessary

Optimism is important. Optimism is necessary. Optimism is useful- for us all.

Hi. Thank you so much for these words, because I feel this is something that we need right now. Also, optimism is something so strong that it keeps you going in the worst situation. And you don't even realize that when you're finally out of it and you look back and you just give yourself a Pat. Oh, my God, you really went through that. So, yeah, it was great listening to this
