Unhealthy weightloss

Like most times, some people might look really skinny, but they might also be like 60 kg because of bone weight and height and everything. So your weight can fluctuate. Don't worry about that. So eat healthy, eat well and stay determined. Determination is, like, really important. Have a good diet. Having a good diet doesn't mean like consuming really less cutting off everything. Having a good diet means eating healthy and staying away from processed or junk food

Don't stress about losing weight lol u didnt gain it all in a week to try losing it all in a week :)

But it's great to hear in specific areas of the world so that we can understand what works for you and your particular environment, that you're in what foods are available to you. In Los Angeles, there's a lot of problems in certain areas in what they call food deserts, where there's not immediate access to great kinds of food in certain areas, like walking distance, let's say, and that's always the concern. So there's so many levels to what good food is
