Eat what you want. Honestly, don't force yourself to stay away from certain food that just makes the craving worse. Don't be too hard on yourself. It's okay to eat junk. Sometimes the only reason why you should restrict yourself from eating certain stuff is if you want to maintain a healthier diet and the diet I am referring to here is the kind of food a person eats habitually, not the kind that one eats just for a period of time due to medical conditions or weight loss

Dieting just to lose weight isn't so smart- you'll gain the weight back once u stop. Follow a healthy diet because it improves your overall health :)
