In fact, they both landed together on the same date and same location, which is the Jesuit Crater. What's interesting about this crater is it's a Delta and scientists believe it could hold evidence of any past life. It is thought to have been once flooded with water. The Lake that was present was there when valleys were forming on Mars. Microbial life could have existed and samples found could be really useful for research
