I think it's also cool that it kind of helps you in that situation because it I think suppresses your emotions. I'm not sure, but it kind of makes you focus on what's happening in the moment instead of your emotions and gives you more strength, which is pretty cool

Hi. I found this really interesting. And I thought that the whole, you know, adrenaline rush being caused by stress or excitement was interesting. I think Sancho and I was talking about this as well. And, you know, liked your example, Sentinel, about the roller coaster thing that can cause adrenaline. But it can also stress can cause this flight or fight reaction. And that's either are you going to run away or are you going to fight it?
