So how we would address what foods we eat in winter, just a little sneak peek would be very different to how we would address foods to nourish our bodies in the summertime. So each season is different and when you start to take on those rhythms, it one becomes a natural rhythm but you'll also feel how, wow, those seasons are actually giving us those gifts each season and helping us kind of thrive through each one depending on what we're dealing with
