It's very rarely I'm recording this actually several days before it'll be published. Some of these just with the way that life unfolds, with the obligations that are there, doesn't always allow me to take the five minutes on the day that it is actually published, which may defeat the point of the practice itself, but I'll accept it as less than perfect intentionally. I think there's a lesson there to meditate on, to think about, which is what emerges out of stillness and silence?
