But unless we stop treating gender differently. So it has been observed in schools and colleges that gender stereotyping can affect a young person's classroom experience, academic performance, subject choice, or overall well being. Teachers play a large role in defining the cues by which young children classify on the basis of gender, like healthy, safe, happy young learners, and Moreover, leaders are made only when gender boundaries are broken. It only broadens their opportunity of socialization activities skills without witnessing the vanishing of their gender identification
