But if we see in the last century just after the invention of electric bulbs we have started to awake a lot after sunset. Most of the time we take our dinner at midnight and then go to bed. And this is the reason why lifestyle disorders have been increased in a society like anything diabetic, meditation, hypertension, insomnia are few of the demons I know. With respect to today's hectic lifestyle sleeping at 08:00 p.m. Will not be possible

I'll try my best to sleep early. I currently sleep at 02:00 at night. But let's see what will happen when I sleep early
