I want to answer you by saying, first of all, the playfulness of this introduction is so brilliant, and I think it speaks to what we need to be doing all the time, which is realizing that no matter how clever we think we're being or clear, people are coming from completely different perspectives when they hear what we have to say, when they read what we write, when we offer up opportunities that to them might be a nightmare
