There was a door leading to the outside of Monica's room that was unlocked and there was no sign of forced entry. Her aunt and uncle wondered if she could have wandered off, but it was weird because she didn't have her shoes. Both her aunt Velma and her uncle Abel both took polygraphs and her aunt passed, but her uncle failed. The only suspect was a bus driver that harassed Monica but ended up being cleared. And other than that, there are no leads in the case
