Wellness wednesday!

And I think it is really super beneficial to my brain and just kind of allows me to take a break, a mental break from everything going on. And that's been super beneficial for me. I highly encourage everybody else to do that. Also just starting a routine within your days. So I've been starting to go to the gym

But acknowledging that you are not feeling well or you're feeling good or however you are feeling is deployed first step to, I guess, recognize what's really going on with you. And I think it's just effective sometimes to acknowledge how you're feeling
