Anxiety is a Beast

When I'm like, well, I know it's not that big of a deal, but I can't help how I feel because my heart is pounding, I'm shaking, and I'm freaking out, even though it's not that big of a deal. And I know that it's not that big of a deal, but my body is not responding to it that way. I don't know. It's a little bit frustrating having kind of a mental health issue

And when you do something that mitigates that anxiety and helps alleviate it, whether it's taking a walk or whatever, talking to somebody or playing a game or shaking it off through an activity, that is what you need to do. And I think it's really important to play with the language as much as you need to so that you don't feel weighted down by having any kind of general anxiety disorder as a thing that determines your story
