Every time a monkey went up the ladder, the scientist soak the rest of the monkeys with cold water. After a while, whenever a monkey attempted to climb the ladder, others would beat him up. After some time, no monkey did go up the ladder regardless of the temptation. Scientists then decided to replace one of the monkeys. As expected, the new monkey instantly fell for the temptation and was beaten up by the rest

Now the world is changing. Everyone wants to be different. Everyone wants to be unique in the field they are so they do their work with the different and they think out of the of things and that is for the betterment for their lifestyle
I think there is some sort of misconception or confusion that we can't be unique all the time. But the thing is we all think that we are unique and we know all these things. But the thing is we should look after all the methods which can do a particular thing and we should adopt that only that method which is best suited for us and which we can sustain for long period
